Creed

My creed is pretty simple. I have a real passion for sound and for human potential. That means I really care about what I do and I really care about my clients' artistic projects. My vision is to create high-end professional sounding records at an afforible price. I have a profound appreciation for people who are trying to pursue their dreams and live their truth.

I am also committed to maintaining the integrity of good sound. The explosion of digital recording and the internet have been great for getting more people to record their own music, but these last 10 years of illegal digital downloads, mp3 players, and extreme levels of brick wall limiting has degraded our ability to hear high fidelity recordings. I find that many people are satisfied with mediocre sound quality. I am not. I do everything I can to produce recordings that have depth, size warmth and volume. I have a hybrid-recording rig that has the convenience of digital recording, with the warmth and depth of a final analog summing stage.

It may seem strange for a studio owner to speak about his commitment to quality sound recordings, but I have found that our culture in general has lost its connection with great sounding records and music. Having a recording be "OK" is not where my heart and mind are focused. And all though I am quite humble in regards to my engineering skills, I know how committed I am to achieving the best sound possible.
